Our name comes from the old Turkic orda: a gathering place where knowledge shaped decisions. We carry that idea into modern research — rooted in Central Asia, working worldwide.

We operate to international standards of scientific integrity, academic freedom and research ethics, and we measure our work by its societal impact, not its page count.

Albina is the Founder and Executive Director of ORDA Research and Development Academy, overseeing the Academy's strategic development, institutional partnerships, research management and international collaboration. Her professional experience spans interdisciplinary research, higher education administration, public sector governance and project coordination. She is committed to building ORDA into a regional platform for high-quality research, policy engagement and international academic cooperation.

Aisara Ospanova

Research and Legal Affairs Officer

Aisara is responsible for legal affairs and institutional governance at ORDA. Her experience in Kazakhstan's public administration brings expertise in legal analysis, public procurement, regulatory compliance and administrative management. She supports the implementation of research projects by ensuring effective institutional coordination and compliance with legal and administrative requirements.

Venera Enseeva

Senior Research Fellow

Venera is a Senior Research Fellow specialising in sociology, public policy, social development, migration, social integration and governance. Her work combines rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods with evidence-based policy recommendations that contribute to social development and public sector innovation.
